If you've put in a fresh battery (let's say a nice new Duracell) & it's still not turning on it could be either the connector/on switch on the board is a little bit too far away from the buttons & it's not connecting properly or it will be a board malfunction. However as Redroth stated more than likely with the problems we will ask you to send the marker in to us, but we will inform you as to what we've done & what the issue(s) are/were.
