They look like event editions. Which are ones sold at specific US events. I had a lovely white and polished teal(blue) Victory from World cup year before last.

That G6R was first seen at Huntington Beach I think.
Same with the 2011 Victory as that's where Bob Long released it. However LeftCoast are responsible for a lot of BL's custom work and can do pretty much whatever you want....
