I sent payment for the pack this morning. I dont have access to a computer to send you a pm
the bag is at home so cant do picture
its the zips on the base of the bag which you put on ther floor, its the part of the bag is you unzipped it, it reveals the shoulder straps

and does it affect the straps at all? bad ware on them or anything?
no doesnt affect the straps at all its basically the pocket thats holds the straps in
the zips do work there is just no zip handle if that makes sense
