Back in '05, when Shock were called Manchester Shockwave, they had blue and red home & away jerseys.

I have a red one in my loft, and it has a Union Jack in white on it.

I think this would look good as part of the design for the GWC jersey - the Yanks usually have their flag on their jerseys, as they have a strong sense of national pride.
