In effect the motor drives around a magnetic plate with another plate spaced above it, and the middle part with the paddles on has a spring link to the top part.
So in normal conditions it will load abit of spring tension inorder to get a fast feedrate
Then if you ever get a jam and the loader trys to spin the magnets will slip so you dont break any balls
(most of the newer empire loaders do this now but the old style b's and b2's didnt have the magnetic slip)
