i think he thinks that it will automatically fill it straight to 4.5k without stopping rather then him being able to stop it at 3k

it's designed to fill to 4500psi, but it doesn't do this in a second. There is time to stop the fill at a certain point just like when you fill your preset.

It's not adviseable to fill a 232 bar (3500psi) bottle, as there is no automatic stop at 3500psi.

It is possible to change the max pressure setting to 3500psi, but this may require an additional part for the compressor.

there is a pressure relief valve fitted that can be adjusted, the same as most other compressors today, as well as various other relief valves fitted on each of the stages on the pump. the relief valve is set to approx 200 bar at present.if and when the buyer comes to collect a lesson on using the compressor can be given.....
but for those that dont know this only part of a system not a complete filling system!!
