Sorry - showing my naivety. Can you fill regular (ie - 1.1L) bottles straight from this or do you need to fill a dive bottle then decant into regular bottles?

you need to fill a dive bottle or similar bottle then with some form of fill rig you fill your paintball cylinder.
i do have contacts for filling panels or you could simply get a fill-rig from your local paintball store approx £50 - £60 for a small team or 2 teams training a cheap fill-rig will be perfect, if you intend on having any more than 2 teams you really need to look into a filling panel and possibly a 50 liter cylinder. like i said i have some good contacts in hpa so can point you in the right direction...... or more to the point a safe direction
