To win in a 1 on 1 situation you must always be where they won't expect you. If they already know where you are then drop back. Do your best to stay out of there sight but always know where they are. Slowy circle around behind cover and still where they can't see you then take them out from the side.

If you are playing against a n00b a deaf person or someone that is just a complete moron then wait until they comme out for a shot and fire rapidly at their cover. It doesn't necessarily have to hit them. This isnt the purpose. Continue to fiore as you run to a different piece of cover somewhere more horizantal to your oppenent's cover. If they are indeed a n00b they will have lost track of you and will only know your general direction if that. Wait until they stop firing and then you can take a shot or move into better position.

you aren't wrong in principal mate... the paintball would experience a chronic drag force to begin with adding another component of force downwards for a bit... so the paintball would be travelling at the same speed as when it went down...exept this point would be a few metres up...
Robin;)

p.s best thing to do in a 1on1 is to move when they are unawares...push the supair bunker as you leave so it looks like you are still in there and light them up from the side when they try to mug you (TG ;) )

basically only shoot when you have to. and try to keep moving to keep them guessing where you are.

or if you know you are a beeter sanp shootre you could try to snap shoot them out a bit on the boring side though
