Aside from the fact it makes you look like a school boy and annoys the seller, you may gain a slap at some point as a result of messing the wrong person about.

1. It's not intest till 2018. No bottle even if you get it tested today will come close to that.
2. Nobody fills to 5000psi, 300bar is the max, and thats 4500psi.
