Sounds like your cycling problem's caused by by over dialling the hammer spring, in an attempt to overcome the excessive input pressure. The Pneumatics are fighting against the hammer spring pressure. You need to reduce input pressure down to somewhere around 300-350 psi, as that's a good starting point for most cocker's before fine tuning. Combined with a medium weight hammer and valve spring, that should also get you somewhere near 300fps. The LPR only needs to be set high enough to cycle pneumatics reliably, which is nominally 80-100 psi. The problem is you're miles out on the base settings, and just cranking everything up to max pressure to try and compensate. Auto Cocker's are really not that difficult to set up. They just need a common sense logical approach, and there are plenty of articles published on the web to help you.
