I will be contacting the captains of both teams to see if they would like to play it at rd 2 along with there alloted 4 games or take a score average. Personally i would prefer the game to be played.

Rich am I right in thinking we won't play the same teams next time? Rather again the people seeded from last year will be split and the remainder thrown into random divs again as in the first round?

The top 10 will be split across the divisions with the remainder snake seeded across the divs. So you may end up playing a team again that you did in a previous round. The number of divisons will depend on the final number of entries but at present we are looking at 5 sections of 9 teams for rd 2.
This has been planned since last year. And also once the teams are seeded in their proper divisions from round 4 it will serve as a base for years to come with promotion and relegation battles within the respective divisons as well as playing a variety of teams of different levels.

Scoring/ranking
The scores system are as follows.
M5. Teams get 3 pts for a win, or 1 for a draw. You will also get an elimination difference for players eliminated and eliminations conceeded. Like in football. So all game points on the day go into league table, with tied points seperated on elim. difference.
So in short if you win a game you get 3 pts, but if you win with 5 live players its better than winning with 1 live.
M7. Your match points and score difference on first 2 matches determine your ranking for play off spot (second 2 matches). Then based on where you finish in play offs is what ranking points you get based on the Millennium scoring system.
So, if your team wins both its prelim games (eg Manchester Firm) then they progress into top 3 winners group (Winner from each group) They then play for 1st-3rd place between the 3 of them. the second group is playing for 4th-6th and the final group is 7th-9th.
