there's this big old brick building in Knox Road, there's loads of space inside and I think it's some sort of hotel chain called HMP. Hilton, Mariott, Premier inn, i think.
Pop down with your marker ready and give the main door a kicking, they'll be out straight away to let you in.
you can use your own gear there, in fact they love it.
