And the LEDs DONT turn off if its plugged in. Ever. Its been plugged into my PC for a week and LEDs are still on. Even when I turn PC off.

mate that's coz it don't seam to come out of ether mass memory mode of web cam mode wile its connected to a usb but if you use the wall pug it will work ok as the usb has the data wires and the wall plus just has the power

Ive not used the wall charger yet. Its no problem, I just unplug it from PC when I dont use it now

I took an 8min video the other day (812mb) and its taking 2.5hours + to upload to youtube, is this normal?
And is there any other site similar to youtube that you can recomend to share my footage with friends?

try converting it mate at its untampered with state its abit ruff around the edges and if u play with it itll look better and be smaller in size i use sony vagas
