ALEX D is that design for the GEO / SL91 because that picture is the GEO and the milling , grip frame and barrels are different on the SL91??

It is for the SL91. The design template used was the standard GEO layout. I dont this created an issue and trusted Matt's judgement on the layout etc

No this design was for the SL91, the design process was longer than expected as the first ideas were not possible.
