if you have a bottle retested and has the hpac sticker on, are these accepted in europe and america??

i think it depends on the stamping on the bottle originally.
pi marked bottles will only ever be useable in the EU.
tri-marks are useable stateside as well.
however i'm not sure if a tri-marked bottle retested here would continue to be tri-marked or be "demoted" to pi-marked only.....

Hpac provides EU testing certification.
The label only states the date it was tested you need to take the certificate to show to what standards it was tested. I think you'll be fine taking a bottle with the certificate to anywhere in the EU but probably not the US.
