Online tyre companies?

Well my car (corsa sxi) needs some new good tyres after the abuse I throw at them.

Anyways, anyone tried these online tyre companies, eg http://www.etyres.co.uk/


The price is, considerably less to say the least, so just wondered if anyone has tried them?

can't help with etyres but I've just used these guys

and everything seems OK, booked my MOT through their sister company as well.

so your not just buying tyres online, you're searching the online sites of existing tyre fitters.

and when they're sent back will they have air in them....

I've used Etyres twice. They arrive in a mobile fitting unit, take your wheels off, fit the new tyres, balance them within the van and refit. First time was excellent with zero problems. Second time the fitters were not so good, seemed in a rush and scratched my alloys.

I'd certainly use them again if I had steelies on a car - not so sure if I had nice alloys which I didn't want damaged.

one bit of advice when buying tyres, don't buy cheap tyres at a good price, buy good tryes at a cheap price.

All the Corsa drivers I know would just head into Kwik-fit and flash a smile and some cleavage to secure a discount.
