"In PSP’s continued effort to provide the players with the playing experience they desire and have asked for, PSP will standardize the rate of fire limit for all divisions at 12.5 bps for the 2010 season."

So what happened to encouraging new players in?

Maybe the rate of fire doesnt have so much to do with encouraging new players? Maybe the secret lies with the reintroduction of more and larger barricades. If they dont care so much about tv then there is little reason to worry about barricades obscuring the field.
