I also had a problem with samfrost, he said he mailed me a loader sometime around the 1st of this month, after a few weeks of chasing him and continuous pm's he said there was a problem with his post office (which I don't believe for a second). I finally received it today and looked at the packaging, it was posted yesterday, and even then It had a crack which wasn't described in him selling and only sent in a crappy brown paper back (no protection or anything) Not much relevance to this thread I know but just putting it out there, that you don't seem to be the only one he's messed around.

i do not have the money to refund anyone, everyones items are posted, all but one has arrived and that was out of my control, it appears the RM have lost it, or its still in the post, i cant get on to them to refund it, for a while at least.

A:still had nothing and been in the post office to see if there was any problems there which there wasnt, i have had all my other items from all the other sellers on here with out any problems and on time.

B:if u posted 3 days ago(26th) that would mean you sent them out the 23rd and was not already in the post on the 21st when you said they where in one of your other posts

is there some sort of problem with the kit as would rather know and not have any more of my time wasted or money

could somthing be sorted out please as its been well over 20 days since i payed for the item

Sorry Sam but you full of it, every item in this thread you have sold has been late or damaged. you are unwilling to show any proof of postage and really dont seam to care. you agreed a refund then didn't give it. you send kit out poorly raped. and TBH i think your lying through your teeth. and now you cant or wont refund any one for the kit you have not sent !

To all that have been ripped off from Sam open a dispute if you can. And make sure you all protect you and your money from useless sellers like this plum above.

if im right in thinking that by 'every one' you meant the two, two of which were not my fault, other than the admittedly long time taken to post items, then they are out of my hands, the buyer of the one which may be lost did not ask me to buy insurance on it, so i didnt, and the other one was not cracked when i sent it, again meaning RM are to blame

Unfortunately Sam, if an item is lost in the post, then the sender is responsible for the goods.

proof of postage for the items ? refunds ? what are you going to do about these problem deals that YOU have sold
