basically want to make a pump for playing in the woods and big game am looking for a cheap one and ideally an older one

Dont wanna pay threw the roof so like £50 or somthing post up more exspensive one and i will consider them

i know i more after the kinda bare bones of a old cocker for me to put my own barrel, asa bolt and pump kit etc etc
As Gee says it will cost a bit more than you're offering..
Price up the parts and you will see that it will make more sense to up the ante and buy a cocker pump already sorted.

a nice cocker pump will set u back around £150 dependent on what it is
