Sorry, should have been clearer.

The one born 05/2004 needed to be re-tested in may of this year, which means it's out of date, unless it's been already been tested.

EDIT: In reply to the above post, tanks need to be re-tested every 5 years mate.

The 04/2019 is when the tank will be 'dead'.

no the 1st one is out of date unless it has been retested which he hasnt stated.

What he's saying is:

1st bottle
Born:05/2004 Expires:04/2019

2nd bottle
Born:07/2007 Expires:07/2022

yes that what he has said but the last dates are the final dates in which the bottle must be thrown away. bottles are retested every 5 years, so the 1st one neede to be retested 05/2009

right to clear a few bits up! didnt realise the bottles needed testing every 5 years so i guess its just the 1 bottle for sale.
And the gat stand and full set up for £20 is just so you can see the marker with all the parts on it and the stand is £20 not including the cocker!
