Your payment never showed on account until late the 23rd and then if you had not noticed it has been xmas, boxing and a bank holiday. I am not the Royal Mail and I do not do personal trips to deliver the gear. So my apologies that the majority of people in this country wish to close things down over Xmas, which delays your delivery. Also seeing you wanted to do bank transfer it meant that I did 2 post office drop offs before your 1 solo payment arrived. So It was packed and made ready as soon as it could be, so do not flap and put stupid little red faces, and think before writting the above.
I for one think your are a great person to deal with, maybe he was expecting santa to give it to him!
