what bottle for a 09 slg

im new to paintball and have just bought a proto slg09 but dont really know what size bottle what type of gas and make... any help would be good

You'll need an air tank - CO2 will destroy the insides on your marker. Other than that, it's up to you. A secondhand steel tank will cost £30-40, whereas a fibre wrapped tank which will be lighter and allow more shots per fill will cost £80+ secondhand.
