Ego 06 cycling prob

Hi guys

When i air the ego up the bolt goes forward and stays there, i have not come across this problem before, o'rings changed relubed and tried a few new batteries, can hear noid activating, any ideas would be appreciated

Spur try it with the bolt out and see what if anything happens..
Did it just start doing it or has it been messed with recently..

Spur did this just start to do this or start after anything had been done to the marker..

Im Marshalling tomorrow and if i have time i can take a quick look.

Also does the 06 have opto and switch settings ?? if so check that its not hitting the opto or switch, thus making it fire automatically once aired up and turned on..

Maybe a slight trigger adjustment..

Reg adjusted?
Std the board has the opto trigger..

Come and see me tomorrow as thats what Planet train me for

I will chuck my spares kit in but its pretty obvious if the rammer is moving forward then something is pushing it there meaning air is getting past the rammer wrongly and not allowing the solanoid to do its job.

Change #011 oring, largest o'ring rear of rammer.
