Cant picture re-test date of air bottle

hi guys

i wanna sell my 0.8l pure energy bottle but i cant get a picture of the re-test date as it is on a silver backgrounds written in silver writing!

any tips on how to get the date to show on a photo?

about the only ways might be to try and get the pic without a flash kicking in, or try to alter the contrast on the pc after taking the pic.

is it a steely where the paint has flaked/worn off? if so add a little soot over the stamping and rub into the writing. then try.

Or tip ex the writing and then peel off excess so only the writing is white (if indented)

you don't need a photo of the test date, you just need the actual date written in the first post.


Rule 11. All air and co2 bottles offered for sale/trade or in wanted threads MUST be in-test and have their born date/end date stated in the post. There has been some confusion recently with test dates and born dates, resulting in a purchase of an old bottle that was thought to be new'ish.

when you put the born date in it's fairly obvious when it needs testing, but if it's already had a test it's worth including it in your info or you will just get asked about it.
