pure energy fibre wrap

can anyone help, i recently purchased a second hand pure energy fibre wrap but from what i can tell it only as dot cert it is in date as you can see by the pics. does this mean i cannot use in the u.k??

the big pi symbol in the first post means its ok to use
looks like a tri-test bottle (DOT and Pi )

Looks legal to me...

It has the pi marking on the 3rd row down on the left above the word "Valve".
