Hi Guys!

My names James and I am 13 years old. I have done quite abit of Paintball (Woodsball) and I really like it. I do quite alot of shooting, mainly air rifles and shotguns.

I am looking at getting my own paintball
gun.

My mum and dad own a small paintball site which they use Stag Weekends, Hen Parties and Corparate events. They use standard Tippmann Custom 98's which don't get me wrong, they are great guns.

My parents have access to Trade Prices. I was thinking of getting a Tippmann Bravo One Tactical with E-grip. I was then thinking of getting a air line so I could put the bottle on a belt/holder.

Would this be a suitable gun? I like the look of it and the idea of the stock and sights. I have read quite a few reviews and they all praise it.

Also, would the Flatline Barrel fit it?

Thanks!

So you like the milsim style gear then? It's always nice to have parent's that own a paintball field :D

Although, don't get me wrong there are a lot of people on here that can help you, you may have better luck on ukscenario.com if you are going down the scenario/milsim route.

Oh, and welcome to the forums!

Also if your going for a milsim blowback id suggest the bt4 over the tippmann.

Cheaper.
More customisable.
Easier to maintain.
Just as reliable.
More robust.

Very similar but more 'Up to date'. Bear in mind it's called the tippmann '98 for a reason

There's just more you can do with a bt4 nowadays. People have stopped making the 98 stuff and switched to bt4's and x7's. (Plus you can take the foregrip off a bt4 making it look like a very heavy and long pistol :D)

your onlt young so id suggest something not as heavy as the tippman.
there also none to break. altho for the first 3 months they are amazing :) then they just seem to die.

ive had no problems with my delta elite. the good thing here is everything can be taken of. it comes with E grip with i think 4 settings. also the A pex which if you play woods ball is great help.

i personaly pulled off the shrowed and put on a light weight stock. there is a massive range of extras for this weapon. i think i red dot scope scares the hell out of first timers.

Thanks for all the info guys. I take it the BT4 is a good gun and very customisable?

Also, will any Tippmann parts fit it? Eg, flatline barrel, etc.

Can you get the E-grip for it and add it a standard one?

Yes you can get an e-grip for it bt only certain accessories will fit it. IE. Not all 98 accessories will fit, but roughly half of them will.
