Is the Sp Ion tourny legal

I have been getting loads of different opinions on this matter and i was wondering if any of u guys had a definite answer.

Some people say that the sp ion isnt tourny legal with the standard board because there is no way of capping the rate of fire. Some people also say that the standard uk board supports ramping fire modes which are also illegal in tourny.

Tho other people say that its completely fine.

If any of u could give me an answer that would be great, last thing i want to do is turn up to a tourny and to be banned for the day.

to get a r.o.f of 10 bps set the recharge to 15/16, then put the marker in rebound mode.

Its 10 blinks from the top. 3 to the left. Then 2 yellow blinks unless you are facing north then its 5 red blinks.
Times the result by the integral of fourteen blinks from the bottom.

Turn clockwise if your in the northern hemisphere, anti clockwise for the soutern hemisphere of course.

Add all that together and put them into a trig table where the red blinks are sin, the blue flashes are tan. Unless you have a US board where the green flashes are cos.
Reverse all the colours if you want ramping. Double them if you want fully auto.

Write the result on a peice of paper, set it on fire and make smoke signals out of the flames.
It really is as simple as that.

You make it sound so complicated.

Everyone knows you must sacrifice a goat using the chicken beak that was harvested from the chicken you had to sacrifice to appease the Gardners to let you open the grips and mess around inside. Oh nearly forgot, you have to be facing south with the sun in your face and a tree infront of you with the moss on the opposite side.....
