As far as ive been told there is not that much difference between the 2. It the case. Ive seen a Nice DM7 that is just calling me to buy it but i want to know is it worth it as i shoot a PM7 now.

Any thoughts would be good

Having owned both (inc yours) i would keep the PM7, skip looking for a DM7 and wait till DM9's are within your budget, you wont notice the diffrence between the PM7-DM7.

Yeah it is Ul framed so wont make much any difference in the weight just may feel different but if the DM is pretty much the same then may leave it. And like Foot said may wait untill a DM9 comes down abit

DM/PM 5, 6, 7 are similar inside, check out TechT, they all take the same bolt upgrade.

DM/PM8, 9 and I assume 10 are all similar.

So logically I would say DM8 or DM9 would be the way to go

OR

Just put the spare cash you have into playing the game with your PM7, nothing wrong with them.

Going from a PM7 to a DM7 would cost you about £100 extra? What would you gain? I think the DM7 has an eyepipe and the eyepipe system keeps the eyes functioning should you get gunk in that area and you should see an improvement in efficiency. Not much else to be honest.

UL'd PM7 is a nice reliable bit of kit, but I've seen you post a few times about an upgrade so I can only guess your itching to try something new.

I would take foot's advice and wait till you can afford a substantial upgrade to a DM9. Once the DM10 is established you may see some good bargains come up on the forum and elsewhere for one of those babies!
