angel G7 board in speed 04

hiya guys was just wondering would the board from a g7 work in a speed 04? there i one for sale on here and wondered if it would be worth getting.
let me know if anyone knows if it will fit and work. cheers

off the top of my head, you may have solenoid issues, and of course the eyes.

you could run the g7 board with eyes off. An ir3 board may be suitable, not sure about the working voltage though.

I've put a G7 board into an IR3 complete with G7 battery pack and the noid seems to cope with the lower voltage ok, I think that would be the same step down as for the speed 04?

did the velocity drop at all, from the original setup.?

that would mean i would need to pick up a g7 solinoid as wel and that would be quiet difficult and cost more money

no, he used the original ir3 noid.

I spoke to John c last night about this and he's going to have a look if he has a board for you.
