It's been 16 days since I'd paid you......still no sign of the Jacket. Can I ask for a refund please?
I've recieved quite a few items that have been sent from other places in the UK after I'd paid for this and have got them no problem.

Ok, I have been on the phone to the sorting office, to see how my claim was looking... although they couldnt give me an update I have tracked a recorded letter out of the depo.
