Ego Sl94 trouble

hey guys.

recently bought a Ego SL 94, however since ive got it ive tried to use it 2 seperate ocasions now. and had nothing but trouble, chopping liek crazy. i though tit might be the balls. ive tried 6-7 diferent types now. figured could be the barrels. tryed from other egos. and tried mine on other guns. no problems there.
Tried everything the manual suggested. any ideas to help me guys. this is realy upsetting as it cost 1300

battery.

simple but stupid. my 06, 07, etek1, etek2 and sl66 all played silly buggers and chopped like buggery when i used anything but a fresh high quality battery.

but....are you chopping the balls (which you say = bolt issue) or barrel bursting them (something else)?

also what paint are you using and at what velocity are you chrono'ing?

Are your eyes clean/switched on? As above, change the battery

yeah tried new batteries. tried diffrent hoppers, took the eyes out cleaned and replaced. turned eyes on and off. tried changing marker setting as instructed in the manual.

Barrels dont seem to be doing the damage as they work on other Egos.

if it is a problem with the Bolt how do i go about looking into this ?
if it wasnt for the limited editon she woul dhave been in the mail on the way back by now

Sounds to me (and this is just a guess) that the settings are all over the place. Try posting up what board you have in it and what your current settings are, and maybe some nice person will be able to let you know what to adjust.

Hello Mate

If you have had it only a few weeks contact planet and tell them you want it sorted out,, but just before you do try this.

Go into settings.

Hit the reset to factory settings..

Check your cure bolt for any rough/sharp edges...

If your local to me, im willing to take a look for you..

i did try reseting settings and the settings it suggested to change in the booklet.

ive took you first advic and have returned it for themt o look at. they were very happy to do so
