Hi
i've had a shocker sft for some time now, used it now and then, but lately my maxflo manifoil has broken down and is leaking. So now i've got my hands on a maxflo micro, but noob as i am, i've got the highpressure micro without checking compability.

so will the 800psi mirco work with my marker? or if get the hold of the 450psi mirco? or do i need a 200psi regulator as the current manifoil operates at?

As long as you have an inline reg you'll be fine, standard operating pressure is anywhere between 180 and 210psi so just make sure your around that and a HP\LP input doesn't matter.

Screw the reg all the way out so nothing goes through and dail it up untill you hit the golden number then fine tune over a chrono.
