hey mods,

Firstly this guy sold me his marker, which was due to be posted on monday. then suddenly i had someone the day after offer £10 more than what i'd already purchased it at. he then messaged me telling me he no longer wants to sell it to me and sold it to somebody else.

I also have Bon to back me up on this, i feel this is out of order.

Can you help?

Well as he pmed me asking for my address and phone so he could ship it to me as far as im concerned that was a done deal,

*edit* not that i care much that he sold it to someone else, but ive never gone back on a sale after ive told somone it would be in their hands on "insert date"

As for my involvement in this, JamesH worked out the deal but was short on buying it, so in WoW we discussed it and i said id buy it for him, so james told the guy to pm me for my address, hense, he asked for my address and gave me his paypal info. Which, had he said he wasn't going to sell it to me before I pm him back my info and transfer the money into my paypal account i wouldn't have minded. But since it was after this i am quite annoyed.

Who thought id be the one complaining about etiquette

Where on the thread have you posted your intentions Bon ..nowhere ,that's against the rules.

Bon you are slowly becoming a minor irritation on these boards ..kinda like a zit ,you go out of your way to have a go at people and even relish your pitchfork image, you then break the rules yourself ....

Your recent work on these boards will not stop you getting banned and your current overbearing behaviour is now pissing me off.

Being as there appears to be no further responses in the last 5 hours I'm closing this thread ,this is a prime example of why people went to the effort to change the classifieds rules ,for your protection.

An offer is made for under the asking price ,a confusing deal between 2 buyers is arranged outwith this forum and the seller has no feedback.

And you post in Talk to The Mods to say "it's not fair sort it for me"...jeebus.
