Sorry mate, I didn't mean it like that!!!! Its just that I don't think myself as a good coach, all I have ever done, or try to teach is that you give 100% and play from the Heart, nothing more and nothing less!!!

The only thing that makes me a little sad is that, most of the Teams that get free stuff, don't put in the effort and commitment in, that the guys that have to pay for everything do, they think its a bit of a laugh.

I am very proud of my London Tigers 2 players, just as I was with the ECI players, as all of the guys from both Teams show what can be done with total commitment. All of those players couldn't really afford to play, but they didn't go out at the weekends and scraped every single penny they could, just to play paintball!!!!!!! and both ECI and now London Tigers 2 players can hold there head up high and say we did win a major event, through sheer hard work.
So to all, if you put the effort in, you will see the rewards.

Would be nice to see the same level of commitment, belief and respect shown by some so called "pro" players as is shown by players on teams like Tigers 2, Relentless, Defiance, SoManc and Entity.
