While you have my fullest sympathy, there is one thing I noticed this weekend (and at all other events I have attended in my life): Most paintballers are retarded when it comes to their gear. They happily stick a few months' worth of wages in a bag, only to leave the bag unattended several yards behind them. This is just asking to be robbed.

Not saying this is the case here, nor implying people deserve to be robbed, but to me it's the same as those women that scream bloody murder when they go out dressed in three strategically placed stamps and then get groped by dirty men.
We all know thieves exist in every society, don't give them a chance. Guard your gear, it's worth a lot.

Thanks for all the support guys.
My biggest regret over the loss of the kit (it was my Marker) was the effect it had on the team, what should have been an absolute blast playing the first Millenium for some of our guys, turned into a day of self blame when nobody but the scumbag who took the kit should feel guilty. Like that's going to happen!!!!

Ditto to what buddah said, we both actually noticed what people were like with thier kit, we even noticed one twit leave his bag right in the path of an oncoming car, and when he saw the car dragged half a foot away and sat on it with a face like thunder...we did chuckle...
