Probably because in england we use PIE tanks not DOT and he wouldnt want someone on the field with a DOT tested tank

I require a DOT certified bottle to use in the USA (as my thread suggested with it being fully legal to the relevant laws)

You are indeed correct...... but that doesnt change the fact i require a dot bottle to use in the US.
