I suspected it but I just wanted confirmation,TBH it's rarely troublesome (as is the Ego trait) so spending on new parts isn't an issue.

Degreased...,reassembled with the new 'noid and firing lovely with no leaks,cheers for the advice and thanks Planet for the prompt delivery again.

I have an 05 EGO and swear by it ,had it since 05, sent it off to Planet for a complete service and to change every O ring within, when I got it back it wouldn`t fire anything over 240 bps, within the low reg, there are discs , took them out, cleaned and lubed them,carefully put them back and hey presto back in buisness, now firing at 299 bps. try it and see ? ? ... .. BLUEY
