angel speed 04 board problems

hi guy recently got an angel speed 04 from dave t on these forums and originally though it needed a new battery. i am still goin to try gettin the new battery but when u turn the gun on the lights flash up and then back down an instead if the green light flashing the battery light flashes on and off once very fast then the marker is dead. i dont htink this is a battery problem as when i had a speed 04 befor when every the battery was low or dead the light would be dim and fade out rather than running through the sequence anyone got any idea on whats wrong or how to fix the problem. also if the board is fried would anyone no where to get a new one from as i no these markers are old now so parts will be hard to find
any help wouild be great cheers

Im sure if you speak to dave he will only be more than willing to help you out.. Im no angel expert so im not giving any advice on this..

dave has been more than helpful and im sure its just the battery hoping to get one from john c soon. only problem now is on of the screws in the back plate has rounded off(my fault) any good ways of gettin allen key screws that are rounded off out?

Sounds like a definate battery problem to me mate.

As for rounded off screws there are a few things:
1-glue an allen key in and turn
2-Cut a grove into it and use a screwdriver
3-Hex bit if there is some metal left
4-Centre punch

recently bought a board from BZ Paintball for an Angel 05 Speed, and they have more in stock, box says will fit an 05 speed and A4 Fly so it might fit your marker too.
