wait a sec mate he hasnt sold it to me and prob wont but if he does then you can moan as i said i only put the post as i need a marker yes your right first come first serve but im right aswell if you dont ask you dont get. With that said you will most likely be the one that he sells to but it is up to the seller and i respect his choice as should you because there is no rules against out bidding some one i wrote in the thread not a pm so if he does sell to me alls fair.

the seller can sell to who ever he choses. frankly, he would be silly not to sell for £10 over the asking price.

Rule 10 ) "* The first person to offer the ASKING price MAY get the goods even if there are offers already tabled but not accepted, (it remains the sellers right to decide what offer to take)."
