have been using these for the last couple months, very useful at the bigger/longer games on the circuit! a hell of a lot less hassle than using a camel pack thats for sure.

It's a screw top lid, so unless you are so engrossed in what happening that you don't notice that you have just spent 10 seconds unscrewing the cap........
