Well, I could just post up the tracking number and it will get thrown out anyway. Just thought I would ask him what he wanted rather then sending it late and upsetting the dude.
You asked him to close the claim in order to get his goods.
Thats how paypal would read it anyway.

The buyer is only supposed to close the claim when he has received his goods and is happy with them. Then you get your money.

Just giving you a heads up because paypal always rules in favour of the buyer and will close your account in a heartbeat.

Thats why ebay/paypal is currently the safest place to buy stuff online.

They also lock legitimate sellers accounts with thousands in them for 180 days for no valid reason and then say they will close my account once I have taken the money out.

13th September is when i get mine back...

Yup.

Its important not to give them a valid or invalid reason ;)

And not to let funds get into triple digits if you can help it.

Apparently im a bad seller because 1 high value item (a graphics card) got held up in the post by a day so they opened a claim, the next day they closed it when it arrived and appologised, but apparently its my fault it got there a day late so theyre closing my account

final word

the loader arrived saturday morninng and was recieved by my wife, jett you said you took executive action well it was too little too late, i had concluded my dealing's with you before that point, you had recieved quite a few emails regarding the situation and i gave you a jolt with opening the dispute console with a view of steering you in the right direction however you replied stating that if i paid you more funds into paypal then you'd send the loader? but i had not esculated the dispute to a claim at that point so has far as i know the payment should have still been with you. i sent the payment on monday the 3rd of august you had all week from tuesday to despatch the loader thats when i told you on sunday the 9th i needed the loader for no later than friday 14th of august as in use on saturday this is nearly 2 full working weeks since payment sent.
another loader has been acquired so i will contact sid and post it to him
i,ve read a few posts regarding this matter and in reply to those about it being sold on ebay i do feel the post is relevant as jett intends to sell to other forum user's and cosidering he is on probabation i gave him the benefit of doubt on ebay and this has happened.
i do not want jett banned but i do want him to wake up and take notice of how to sell items as jett is the 1st seller i have ever had to file a claim against on paypal bearing in mind i have over 316 feedback with a 100% score on ebay and the advice i gave to jett on the dispute console was despatch items in a reasonable time or dont sell on ebay, and i never misunderstood the situation jett you just failed to despatch the loader and were coming up with strange stories about not having the funds, in which i contacted paypal and was informed that all of the transaction was complete and you had recieved the funds.

Then I get a claim on paypal with no explanation just: "If you cant deliver on time do not sell" or something to that effect, so I messaged you on here telling you about why I hadnt got the payment (As a first time seller on ebay or one with little feedback I needed to wait for you to give good feedback in order to get the money accessible) I didnt know about this rule.
I vouch for this, payment isn't always released until the item is recieved and feed back given, it protects the buyer but is an absolute pain to the seller, especially if buyers take time to give feed back!

Correct I had received the funds but they were not available. At the time it said current funds £80 odd pounds, funds available: £9.00 as I had a few guys buy from me that day and none of the money available. I said to you, not to worry I will send it out any way in the knowledge I knew you were on here and could organise funds if needs be.

The reason for the delay at first, was I stated on the Ebay item it will take 3 working days to dispatch as I like to withdraw funds into my bank account to pay for the postage. I am a student thats how I do things.

Then I got the item packaged went to Ebay to get the address and had a claim for the money, with nothing other then "despatch items in a reasonable time or dont sell on ebay" So I thought you no longer wanted it, so I sent a nice email on here asking do you still want it for the price you paid etc. So I waited for the reply, rather then sending the item, then I realised you got so heated about it, also sending me an email on Ebay saying "Where is the loader" on Thursday (having not replied to my email on here).

Then I asked I can get it to you by saturday just let me know.

I posted the item to you in good faith, not as a plea for your to pay for it, more of a its here if you need it.

The reason I said you missunderstood, was I never ever wanted more funds, the price you paid I was more than happy with, I think you believing it was a bargain made you believe I wanted more. I merely wanted you to help me out in future did Paypal not release funds... being one of the first things i sold on ebay I didnt know what was going on.

The advice you gave on paypal, pretty much convinced me you were no longer interested in the loader, that is why it was never sent out to you, instead I sent you a PM on here to no avail.

Anyway, Its great that we can get this sorted. If Sid wants to paythe value of the Ebay claim, to me and if Sundance can let me know the postage costs, that would be great.

Jett
