Actually ...... I just got back from the gym and I didn't get my ass whooped at all.
Neil has got a cage fight coming up and a few of us were helping him get ready for it.
I was helping out with the boxing/fighting and my other mate was doing the grappling with him, others were doing ground and pound etc
If I can get hold of the vid, I will put it up but if anybody is looking forward to seeing me get my ass handed to me, then you'll be disappointed, I may be old but I still got my hand speed


PS For any women out there worried that my face might have been disfigured in any way, fear not wenches, my good looks reman intact ...woo hoo !
