i have a CP OOPS but i can put fitting in both sides? what do i fill in each side with?

a 90 degree and a ....?

there's usually a plug in the unused side, it's 1/8"npt

where can i get one of thise 'plugs' ??? lips only sells straight fittings and 90 degrees

A wanted thread should sort you out, most ASAs or Regs have a plug in them so someone with a broken reg should be able to sort you out.

you can fill with:
*a blanking screw
*a mini gauge - if you want to know the output pressure from your reg for some reason.
*a 2nd elbow - ideal for scenario boys that want to mount an underslung launcher
