Looking on wikipedia at "Paintball", and typed in pbnation. This popped up...

Any proof this is true? Or just some TechPB fanatic?

PbNation is an English language vBulletin v3.6.2 paintball forum. PbNation also includes a paintball field and store directory, a collection of product reviews, a consumer-to-consumer paintball equipment marketplace, a paintball industry news section, and a paintball video content sharing site. All of the content is user generated. Although site is focused on the sport of paintball, it also hosts a large "Small Talk" section where paintball players discuss topics that are not directly paintball related."

PbNation has half a million.

There is rarely less than a thousand people viewing PbNation, more often around 2000-2200

Just checked and most users ever on line on techpb is 422
