if you look into the end of the fill nipple you'll see the silver valve inside it. Just poke an allen key in to hold it, and shake the bottle.

hold the key in while you shake the bottle, if the rattle stops then there's no problem.

i did what you said, when i put the allen key in the valve didn't move, i shook it, it did not rattle, when i took it out, it rattled!???????

I can see you haven't grasped the function of the valve.

No need to worry it's the valve that's rattling, as soon as you put air into the bottle it will re-seat the valve and the rattling will stop.
