can someone please tell me what this means

Before i sell you this gun ,i need to tell you that the board needs to be re flashed tadao europe san do it ,also have been using it with eyes off because of this board the instructions say that the angle of the eyes may need to ad justed to make them work.this gun has had every seal replaced lubed and a new solenoid and upper board so it has been looked after in my care.Iam out this evening Birthday meal,leave your mobi no and i will text you.

by the way the gun is a shocker sft and keep it simple i dont even know what the eyes are

the sft shocker uses 1 vision eye to detect a ball in the breach, these eyes are sometimes mounted on the eye ribbon incorrectly and therefore wont detect the ball which stops the gun from shooting.

board flashing is having new software downloaded for specific tournament rules like millennium. but most upgrade boards allow you to cap your rate of fire and ramp point anyway if you want to do it that way.

reading the previous post, it seems the eye may well be ok and he hasnt tried it. my shocker shoots fine not using the eye so dont worry about it.

It sounds like the eye needs replacing.

99 times out of 100 if the eye isnt working, or seems misaligned.
Its actually the sensor has succumbed to paint corrosion.

When the sensors are brand new and working its actually hard to misalign them.
Unless as philful pointed out they are badly made in the first place. Which often happens.



For such a fragile part the eyes are quite hard to get hold of frustratingly.
