I've never been paintballing before but going for the first time tomorrow in Manchester.

What is good to wear for your first time?

I was thinking either tracksuit or joggng bottoms and a t-shirt?

Any advice on whats best to wear and what most people wear!

Thong....

ALWAYS

Then the less important stuff, long sleeved top, trackie bottoms will do you and some decent footwear that gives you a bit of support. Kevlar jacket too

Something that allows you freedom of movement but isn't going to make you sweat like a paedophile in a playgroup, or you'll have problems with your goggles misting. Something that you don't mind getting mucky and some sensible shoes for running around in the woods, though to be honest the site will probably have coveralls or similar for you anyway. Whatever, some clean, dry, unsweaty clothes to go home in won't be amiss.

my personal favourites before I had my own gear was an old pair of jeans and trackie bottoms over the top but it got a bit hot. Iv always pretty much had a bounce vest so just throw a T shirt on and a Thick jumper or hoodie on :)

if you in the woods or grass id recomend football, or studded boots.
jogging bottom > tracksuit (the crotch of my tracksuit had a habit of splitting while sliding)
a tee shirt is fine.

also, if you have any old knee pads, id take them, i hate playing without myn.

Told you, you should wear a hoodie, it wont hurt as much when the crazy muggers come for you =]
Ha yeah that was the one time I wish I had a hoodie on! Would of helped a lot when somebody shoots you about 3 times in the back at point blank range =[

Trackies and a T-shirt did the job for the most part though!
