I dont have one favorite in particular, but the best memories were the little bi-sections you (Pete) wrote as a part of every NPPL report when you were on Aftershock. It was the little sections (dont know what they were called) were you told us about something funny that happened during your recent trip, I recall one were you woke up beside Ceranskys arse and how you tried to explain how hairy he was,,, i laughed my ass off :)

(besides, i have all issues from -94 sitting at home... and i not selling :) )

Being introduced to Billy Ceranski's hair-fest of an ass was part of an initiation ceremony into Aftershock, I was held down by Mikey Bruno and others only for Ceranski to indulge in what can only be described as some sick rendition of a belly dancer while he slowly pulled down his shorts in front of me.

I was eventually confronted with what can only be described as the rear end of a gorilla, a particularly hairy gorilla at that.
It was horrific, and Ceranski waved his hairy-assed butt around before launching himself, or rather his rear end, in the direction of my face as they held me down.

The memory of desperately scanning his ass to look for signs of skin amongst the plats and tresses of that man's ass as he tried to sit on my face is the stuff of nightmare ....

I have yet to fully recover from the trauma of that night's events but thanks for reminding me Agge ...

Actually, they were great times....but NOT because I enjoyed having baboon butts stuck in my face I hasten to add .... I am NOT light on the loafers before anybody gets their hopes up!!!

Ah, you gotta love initiations... When I first started playing American football, myself and the other rookies had to do what was called the helmet race.

Basically you place 5 pints of beer in front of every participant and place his helmet some 15 yards away. At the word go, the participant drinks a pint, sprints to his helmet, places a finger on top and in that position has to run 5 circles around his helmet. Then he has to run back, swig another pint and repeat the process until all the beer is gone.

When I started playing football again after a few (forced) years off, my initiation consisted of knocking the snot out of some fullback who thought I was a rookie. Way more fun. Even more so because that guy had only been playing for about 2 seasons and thought he was Walter Payton. He ended being taped naked to a goalpost, doused in Gatorade and have the whole thing stuck on youtube.

We set him free after we had showered, changed and had a few beers in the team's bar.

I remember as a kid we used to start all sorts of clubs and think of stupid initiations, like eating a spider, for anybody that wanted to join besides us. Strangely nobody wanted to join.

As part of our site's future revamp, I was toying with the idea of resurrecting some of those articles, well, the ones that are still relevant anyway.

Piper and a few others advised me to do some sort of blog or Youtube stuff but for the life of me, the idea of doing some daily blog seems absolutely ludicrous to me.

I just cannot believe some people do that crap in the belief other people are even interested .... I thought I had an ego but bejeeepers, it pales into insignificance when I think about why these people do blogs etc.

I quite like the idea of doing instructional Youtube vids and maybe I'll do a few of those because it at least upholds the ethos of my beloved PGi in that it tried to teach and enlighten rather just cover events.

Come to think of it, might not be such a good idea considering my use of profanities when talking ... does Youtube ban vids with a few 'fs' flying around?

Planet Piper away from you freaks!
PGI was at it's best when the section Pay the Piper was in there, some of my best work I think! Once we stopped that I never read another copy :D

The best article in there was a world cup report when slap head, sorry Robbo, was play for the AA's and last game against Aftershock and Pete and Phile Ham ended up last 2 men in. One of the funniest articles ever!

PGI was a great magazine and it is missed but at least we have the memories, or in Pets's case a whole stack of them to go over whenever he wants :D

You might wanna sit down for this one Pete, as it's a shocker: Pipes has a point...

Doesn't need to be a daily blog, but I think a semi regular update of the current goings-on in paintball as seen through the eyes of yourself might be very entertaining.

Now you can come up with all kinds of reasons why you shouldn't do it, but then you shouldn't have done those articles in PGI either. :D

I know an article is different from a blog, but the blog could be written, could be youtube, could be whatever. You could have guestbloggers as well. That's the cool thing about the web, it's multifunctional and multimedia. :)
