ok, few questions about the shocker if anyone can help it would be awesome (prays that balf stumbles across this)

are there any features that will give away what board is in the marker?

i need to set a shocker up for ms 09 rules - and atm i've no idea whats going on

any help would be fantastic

If it chirps when you press the power button it's a SP board, if it is so, the left hand side of the board (barrel end away, feedneck up) should be 2 grey buttons, if there are 2 small LED's inbetween them it's a blackheart, no LED's it's a nerve.

If there are no chirps then it's one of the multitude of aftermarket boards, red/white boards are predator, a mutlicolour LED in the on/off switch and a white board is Hyperdrive, LED on the "face(trigger side)" at the bottom of the board is a virtue. Tadao's I think have a single LED near the top of the board and posssibly a button near it (possibly only present on older tadao boards)

nope ninja, no worries, its a mate of mine that sprung it on me to try and fix

it chirps and only has the two programming buttons and the led on the on/off button

so this is a nerve board?

im guessing these arent ms 09 compatible?

Indeed it is a nerve, nope no mill rules for you...unless SP have decided to update boards...but why would they when you can buy a blackheart from them.....

Not checked lately but new around £60/70, 2nd hand around £30
