Mate of mine has one with a freak kit, swears by it.

He gets some nice range out of it but the accuracy goes when the hop up is on full.

It basically puts backspin on the ball so it fly’s differently, thus making it travel further, depending on the way the apex is aswell you can make it nose dive onto peoples heads.

Quite fun actually when you have a load of punters behind a barricade thinking their untouchable.

Always wanted to try one out, pretty expensive though (Still cheaper than a flatline though! Less bloody ugly plastic too :p)

Best bet would be to speak with warped, or ask someone on walkonzone or ukscenario if anyone has one they are willing to part with

John Bonich used one for one leg of the PA one year. Was pretty funny going against Kelly's with a gun that shoots round corners! :)

Had a blast with it, and it really whips the ball round. Good fun, but expect people to start hating you for using it.

The Apex is kinder to paint than the flat line in my experience. Flat line can rag it a bit. Also, cleaning out a flat line if you get a break is a drama.

I wouldn't take too much notice of all the 'shooting around corners' stuff as in reality it doesn't happen. But it does give you range if that's what you're after and it is kind on paint.

Been using one for a couple of years.
